Trinity Executive Services, Inc.
is located in Indianapolis, Indiana. Although most of our business is
located in Central Indiana, our officers and agents will travel for most work
requests and assignments. If your request cannot be staffed by Trinity
Executive Services, Inc., we will put you in touch with one of several
partnership companies we work with throughout the United States.
This generally depends on the
client. Our staff is typically ready to assist you within 24 to 48 hours,
depending on your location. Clients who need more immediate services are
handled on a case by case basis.
There are many factors to be
considered when providing a security quote. These factors include, but are
not limited to; location, duration, type and quality. Accounts located
outside of Central Indiana or in a high-crime area are typically bid 5% to 10%
higher. The length of the contract, type of work, and quality of officer
required (i.e. armed, unarmed, law enforcement) all have to be taken into
consideration.
All officers employed by Trinity
Executive Services, Inc. are scheduled a week in advance. When we receive
a call for immediate service, these extra hours typically result in overtime for
the company. Therefore, requests for emergency coverage are charged our
normal rate, plus 30% for the first 24 hours of coverage. After the first
24 hours, our scheduling staff is often able to rearrange the schedule to reduce
overtime for additionally scheduled hours. At this point, you will be
charged the normal rate.
Trinity Executive Services, Inc.
requires a service agreement be signed prior to beginning a job. Each
service agreement outlines the services to be rendered, price, payment terms and
responsibilities of both the client and contractor. Most service
agreements require a 14-day notice of cancellation. However, per request,
exceptions may be made to allow cancellation with no advance notice or
explanation. Service agreements typically do not delay the commencement of
services, as they can be completed and signed within a short period of time.

completes and sends invoices on a weekly basis. Full payment is due net 30
from invoice date. Any payment not received within 30 days will be
assessed a late fee.
Trinity Executive Services, Inc.
carries liability insurance in the amounts of one million for each occurrence
and two million aggregate, with an additional three million dollar umbrella.
In addition, Trinity carries sufficient worker's compensation insurance as
required by law and automobile insurance for our fleet of patrol vehicles.
Per request, Trinity will list a client as an
"Additional Insured".

is owned and operated by current and retired Indiana Law Enforcement Officers.
As such, continuous, diverse and dynamic law enforcement training is the
cornerstone of our success. Time permitting, training is scheduled on a
weekly basis and covers subjects such as; non-violent crises intervention,
handcuffing techniques, use of chemical spray, use of deadly force and the force
continuum, self-defense, firearms safety and use, report writing, first-aid and
CPR. Our training staff includes a police firearms instructor, a deputy
prosecutor and a certified police training instructor.
