As the President of Trinity Executive Services, Inc. & Trinity Security, Inc., Brandon is responsible for the continued success of both corporations. Overseeing the operational and administrative functions of two corporations, as well as creating a third corporation, Bio-Trauma 911, Inc., Brandon finds the challenge both rewarding and exciting. Brandon served six years as a US Marine and six years as a reserve police sergeant. He served in Europe and Africa for three years with the Department of State, Office of Diplomatic Security and attended college while in Europe and in Indiana.

Reporting directly to the President, Martha leads the development of Trinity Executive Services, Inc., Trinity Security, Inc. and Bio-Trauma 911, Inc. Martha is responsible for the creation and implementation of new programs and ideas for all three corporations. Furthermore, Martha routinely seeks out new clients and maintains an active relationship with all of our current clients. Martha brings over 20 years experience in sales, marketing and retail merchandising, as well as a strong track record for delivering consistent year after year growth for multi-million dollar companies.

In the role of Executive Director of Operations, Ron Shockey oversees the day-to-day operations of Trinity Executive Services, Inc. and Trinity Security, Inc. Working closely with officers of both companies, Ron ensures that only competent and educated field officers are assigned to our client locations. While Ron spends a considerable amount of time as a trainer, he fulfills the role as not only a supervisor, but as a mentor to staff of officers employed by Trinity. In his 5+ years with Trinity, Ron has worked with clients and law enforcement officials, both as a Loss Prevention Officer and as a Supervisor. Ron graduated from Roncalli High School and has attended Ivy Tech Community College, as well as A.T.A. Aviation Maintenance Training Academy.

As the Accounts Manager for Trinity Executive Services, Inc. and Trinity Security, Inc., Dennis works with current and potential clients to ensure that security needs are not only being met, but exceeded. With a B.S. Degree in Education from Indiana State University, Dennis is able to provide the officers at Trinity with the training needed to excel in the field. While working with the Indianapolis Police Department for twenty-two years, Dennis held the following positions; Communicaitons Supervisor, Vice Unit Supervisor, Executive Security (Mayor's Detail) and Special Investigations Supervisor. Dennis was twice awarded "Officer of the Year". After retirement from IPD he went on to serve as the Director of Security for the Indiana State Museum. Dennis is also a Certified Institutional Protection Manager (C.I.P.M), which is a national accreditation.

Erin Wiening comes to us with a tremendous amount of experience in retail management. Working with our company for over three years, Erin is directly accountable for the continued administrative success of both Trinity Executive Services, Inc. and Trinity Security, Inc. On a weekly basis, Erin completes all invoices, calculates payroll, assists with scheduling and handles most human resource issues. In addition, Erin communicates daily with all other staff members to ensure the administrative side of our business is in line with the operational side.

Captain Sid Morales has been with Trinity Executive Services, Inc. for nearly four years. Sid first served as a field officer, where he provided a wide range of security services to our clients. Sid was then brought into the office as a dispatcher. After about a year, Sid was promoted to dispatch supervisor and was tasked with the management of our 24-hour dispatch team. In 2007, Sid was once again promoted and given the added tasks of preparing individual officer schedules and maintaining rosters of active accounts and staff members. Sid graduated from Lawrence Central High School in 1995. He later attended Indiana Business College, where he studied graphic design.

Josh Elizondo has worked for Trinity Executive Services for several years and has proven himself to be a true leader. Having worked as an undercover officer in our loss prevention/assets protection division, Josh was promoted to the position of supervisor. All loss prevention personnel assigned to store locations throughout Indiana report directly to Josh. In turn, Josh reports to Major Ron Shockey and Major Dennis Riley. This collaborative effort ensures the overall success of our loss prevention program.
